  • 3/4 cup blue berries

  • 1 handful fresh spinach leaves

  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

  • 3/4 cup milk (any that you like)

instructions:

  • Combine in a blender, a handful of fresh spinach leaves, 3/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries, 1/2 teaspoon honey, 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds, 3/4 cup milk.

  • Blend for 1 minute.
