Energy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 cups of water

How To:

  • Peel one orange and one grapefruit. Slice into smaller pieces.
  • Cut lemon in half.
  • Squeeze as much of the lemon as you can into the blender (keeping the seeds out).
  • Put peeled and sliced orange and grapefruit into the blender and add 1/4 cup of water.
  • Blend for 1 minute, or until well blended.
