Salad Menu - Weight loss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 apple (I used organic gala apple to make the drink more sweeter)
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1/4 cup of water

How To:

  • Peel and slice 1 grapefruit.
  • Slice 1 apple, throw the seeds and steam away.
  • Add the fruit to a blender or magic bullet with 1/4 cup of water.
  • Blend for 1 minutes or until smooth.
