Avocado Salad

 A plate of Avocado Salad

This avocado salad is like a breakfast salsa that could be added into your morning omelette. Avocado is extremely nutritious and contains more potassium than a banana. Paired with a tomato, this salad also contains fiber and vitamin C. 


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Large tomato
  • 1/3 of fresh cucumber
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 stem green onion
  • salt 
  • pepper


  1. Chop avocado, cucumber and tomato into small squares. 
  2. Chop 1 stem green onion.
  3. Combine ingredients with 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

Note: You may enjoy this avocado salad as is, or add into your morning omelet.
