There are many salads that are great for summer, but there is not better salad than using the ingredients straight from the garden. The juicy fresh tomato and cucumber right from the vine, and avocado that I had to buy because avocados don't grow anywhere near me, sad. I love growing fresh herbs, simple thing but makes a big difference in health. Do you grow any vegetables, fruits or herbs in your garden?

1 stem fresh dill
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
salt to taste
Slice cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado to bite sizes.
Chop 1/2 yellow onion and 1 fresh stem of dill.
Combine cut ingredients together with 2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, and salt to your taste.
