Easy Romaine Crab Salad

ingredients:

  • 1 lb real crab meat, chopped

  • 3 large hard boiled eggs, chopped

  • 1 scallion, chopped

  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

  • salt to taste

  • 1 romaine lettuce head

instructions:

  1. Mix crab, eggs, scallions, mayonnaise, and salt to taste.
  2. Serve on romaine lettuce leaves.
