Grapefruit with Greens and Raspberry

Why should you be eating more grapefruit? Because grapefruits strengthen your immune system, boost your metabolism and great for weight loss. Grapefruits are also a great a stress reducer and helps keeps hungry away. 

Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 1/2 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup raspberry
  • 1 Tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 
  • pinch of ground cinnamon 
  • pinch of ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice 2 grapefruits. (I cut into wedges) 
  2. Mix grapefruit with 1/2 cup mixed greens and 1/4 cup fresh raspberries.
  3. Dressing: Whisk together 1 Tablespoon honey, 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, a tiny pinch of cinnamon and a tiny pinch of ground ginger. Let stand for two minutes, till flavors incorporate well.
