Why should you be eating more grapefruit? Because grapefruits strengthen your immune system, boost your metabolism and great for weight loss. Grapefruits are also a great a stress reducer and helps keeps hungry away.
- 2 grapefruits
- 1/2 cup mixed greens
- 1/4 cup raspberry
- 1 Tablespoons raw honey
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- pinch of ground ginger
- Peel and slice 2 grapefruits. (I cut into wedges)
- Mix grapefruit with 1/2 cup mixed greens and 1/4 cup fresh raspberries.
- Dressing: Whisk together 1 Tablespoon honey, 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, a tiny pinch of cinnamon and a tiny pinch of ground ginger. Let stand for two minutes, till flavors incorporate well.
