I had been thinking about this pineapple salad for quite some time now. Not That I don't have anything to do, but just because I have been craving pineapple. This quinoa pineapple cherry salad is so satisfying, you won't need anything else after. I don't know about you, but I don't like standing in the kitchen when it's summer weather out. This recipe calls for just four ingredients and a few minutes.
- 1/2 cup raw quinoa
- 1 pineapple
- 10 cherries
- 3 stems fresh basil
- Cook quinoa. (follow the instructions on the package)
- Chop pineapple into bite pieces.
- Remove the pit of a 10 cherries, and cut each cherry into fourths.
- Chop fresh basil.
- Combine cooked quinoa, cut pineapple, cut cherries and chopped basil today.
