Seared Mushrooms

A plate of Seared Mushrooms

If you are looking for an easy recipe let me introduce you to one of my favorite mushroom recipes. You can enjoy seared mushrooms just on there own, or add them to meats and other vegetables. They contain protein, vitamin C and iron but to get the benefits, mushrooms must first be cooked. Also, olive oil is essential for protecting the heart and onion benefits the body by protecting the immune system and even boosting it.
