One of my favorite mushroom recipes. You can enjoy seared mushrooms just on there own, or add them to meats and other vegetables. They contain protein, vitamin C and iron but to get the benefits, mushrooms must first be cooked. This is a quick recipe for mushrooms.
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 oz White Mushrooms
- Pinch Salt
- 1 small Yellow Onion
- Heat up 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- Slice mushrooms, add to the pan. Stir occasionally until mushrooms start to get browned up.
- Add chopped yellow onion to the mushrooms. Cook for another 5 minutes.
