Simple Yogurt Fruit Parfait with Honey and Lemon

Eating healthy isn't always easy, especially when there is so much temptation at the grocery store, deli and sometimes even your work environment.  I found that when I start my day with a healthy choices it's easier to keep it up throughout the rest of the day. This simple yogurt parfait has enough sweetness, creaminess, protein and other healthy benefits that will keep you energize and help you make healthier choices throughout the day.


  • 5 oz plain greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons raw honey
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 pound strawberry


  1. Combine well together 5 oz plain greek yogurt with 1 Tablespoon lemon and 2 Tablespoons raw honey. 
  2. Layer out yogurt, with 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 sliced banana and 1/2 pound chopped strawberries.
