This green salad is a weight loss salad. Green fruits and vegetables are low calorie and high-fiber. They pack in antioxidants, vitamin A and vitamin C. As for the pistachios, they are a plant protein and full of healthy fats.
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 kiwi
- 1/2 granny smith apple
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/2 lemon
- Peel and slice two avocados and two kiwi.
- Thinly slice 1/2 granny smith apple.
- Chop 1/4 cup of pistachios.
- Combine cup ingredients into a medium bowl.
- Whisk together 1 Tablespoon of honey and juice from 1/2 a lemon, drizzle on top of salad when ready to serve.
