Vanilla Fruit Salad

A plate of Vanilla Fruit Salad

Refresh! Nothing better than a bowl of fruits on a sunny day. This vanilla bean salad makes a great healthy dessert or snack. There are vitamins in every bite.

Instructions: 

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1/2 pound strawberries
  • 1/2 pound blueberries
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop 1 grapefruit and 1 pineapple.
  2. Wash and chop 1/2 pound of fresh strawberries. 
  3. Add in washed 1/2 pound blueberries. 
  4. Combine cut fruits with juice from 1 orange (about 1/2 cup) and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
