Beet Prune Salad with Walnuts


This beet prune salad with walnuts will support the detox cycle.  One of step to health requires detoxification, and thanks to fruits and vegetables, detoxing can be done with minimal effort.   • 3 medium red beets, cooked and grated

  • 1/8 cup dried prunes, chopped

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • dill, chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise

How To: 

  1. First you would need to boil 3 medium red beets until soft; let it cool down then peel and grate.

  2. Combine all ingredients together.
