Simple Crab Salad Recipe

During the summer, with the hotter weather, light meals are usually what is on the menu. A simple crab salad like this one. You can make it ahead of time and mix it right before it is time to serve. This crab salad is low in calories, but filled with protein (if you are using real crab meat, which you should). It makes a great appetizer, after pool snack or maybe even for lunch.

Simple Crab Salad Recipe

ingredients:

  • 1 lb crab meat, chopped

  • 1 scallion, chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1 stem dill, chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

  • salt

  • crackers (any that you like)

instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together.

  2. Add salt to taste.

  3. Serve immediately with crackers.
