Sweet Cottage Cheese Fruit Bowl

A bowl filled with fruit and cottage cheese can go along way. A low calorie dish that is healthy and sweet. Sweet cottage cheese fruit bowl makes a great breakfast or snack option. It's filled with protein, fiber and will help boost your immune system. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberry
  • 1/2 cup strawberry
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tablespoons raw honey

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup raspberry, 1/2 cup sliced strawberry, 1/4 cup sliced almonds, and 1/4 cup rolled oats. 
  2. Drizzle 2 Tablespoons raw honey.
