Tomato and Spinach Snack Recipe

Ingredients  

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach  
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil  
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt  
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 scallion, chopped

How To:   

  1. Arrange spinach and tomato on a plate.  
  2. Mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper and scallions together. Drizzle on top.
