Tomato and Spinach Snack Recipe
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 scallion, chopped
- Arrange spinach and tomato on a plate.
- Mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper and scallions together. Drizzle on top.
