Tuna apple salad snack on toast. It's sweet and salty, but most importantly healthy, making a great snack. Some great things about tuna is that its good for reduces muscle cramps. It's low in calories and I also love that its a great source of vitamin B-12. And don't forget the apple on top. Besides the fact that its incredibly alkalizing, its good for providing energy. To top it off, parsley adds in lots or iron to make this snack, every healthier.
- 1 yellow apple
- 3oz can of Tuna
- A pinch of salt
- 4 slices of bread
- Fresh parsley
- Chop 1 yellow apple.
- Drain water from 1 can of tuna.
- Combine tuna and apple together, and a pinch of salt.
- Toast 4 slice of tuna, and spread tuna mix on each slice.
- Chop a stem of fresh parsley and sprinkle on top.
